Apex Alive & Thrive is an 8-week lifestyle and performance program created to help participants improve consistency, build sustainable habits, increase energy, enhance overall wellness, and feel stronger physically and mentally through fitness, nutrition, recovery, accountability, and community support.
Who Should Join:
Apex Alive & Thrive is for current Apex members who want extra structure, accountability, and support, as well as non-members who want to experience Apex Training in a supportive and approachable way.
This program is a great fit for people who want to feel stronger, improve their energy, build better habits, stay consistent, improve their nutrition and lifestyle routines, and create momentum that lasts beyond the 8 weeks.
Program Includes:
Fitness coaching and training through Apex Training
Nutrition & lifestyle coaching with Heather Binns of Renov8 Fitness®
Recovery, habit, and accountability support
Community connection and motivation
An 8-week structure to help you stay consistent through the summer
Fitness Coaching:
The fitness component is led by Coach Jeff Baker, Owner and Head Coach of Apex Training. Participants will build strength, conditioning, consistency, and confidence through Apex Training classes and Open Gym access based on their membership or program access.
Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching:
The nutrition and lifestyle coaching component is led by Heather Binns of Renov8 Fitness®. This portion of the program focuses on daily habits, nutrition consistency, recovery, stress awareness, energy, and sustainable lifestyle choices.
This is not a meal plan or restrictive diet program. It is coaching, education, and support to help participants create realistic habits they can maintain beyond the 8 weeks.

Jeff Baker
Owner and Head Coach of Apex TrainingJeff leads the fitness and training component of Apex Alive & Thrive. Through Apex Training, he helps members build strength, confidence, conditioning, and community through supportive coaching and consistent training.
Heather Binns
Founder of Renov8 Fitness®, Health & Fitness Strategist, Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, and Creator of The Renov8 MethodHeather leads the nutrition & lifestyle coaching component of Apex Alive & Thrive. She helps people move better, feel better, and perform better through sustainable habits, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, recovery, mindset, and whole-being support. Heather is also a nationally recognized coach, best-selling author, speaker, and competitive athlete.
Ready to Join?
Apex Members: $197
Already on a 16-session or unlimited membership? You'll keep your current training access for the full 8 weeks.
On a lower membership tier? You'll be upgraded to 16 sessions per month during the program.
Non-Members: $394
Includes 2 months of Unlimited Classes and Open Gym at Apex Training, plus the full Apex Alive & Thrive program.
After purchasing Apex Alive & Thrive through this website, non-members will be contacted by Jeff at Apex Training or can reach him directly at jeff@apexgymnv.com. He will complete your gym setup and you will pay the remaining $197 directly to Apex Training for your 2-month membership and class access.
Registration closes July 16 at 11:59pm. Program runs July 20 through September 12.
